Cancellation Policy
At Caveman Arctic Adventures, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness to all our guests, we’ve created the following cancellation policy:
- 7 Days or More Before the Tour: Full refund.
- 48 Hours Before the Tour: 50% refund.
- Less Than 24 Hours Before the Tour: No refund.
Rescheduling
Need to change your plans? You can reschedule your tour at no extra cost, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Weather and Safety
Your safety is our top priority. If we must cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your adventure.
While our tours proceed in most conditions, we may cancel trips if temperatures drop below -25°F.
