Cancellation Policy
At Caveman Arctic Adventures, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness to all our guests, we’ve created the following cancellation policy:
7 Days or More Before the Tour: Full refund.
48 Hours Before the Tour: 50% refund.
Less Than 24 Hours Before the Tour: No refund.
Rescheduling: Need to change your plans? You can reschedule your tour at no extra cost, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Weather and Safety: Your safety is our top priority. If we must cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your adventure.
While our tours proceed in most conditions, we may cancel trips if temperatures drop below -25°F.
We want to ensure you have the best experience possible, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.
Adventure Information
To help us tailor your experience, please provide the following details in your booking email:
Type of Adventure: (e.g., Hiking, Snowshoeing, Cross-Country Skiing)
Boot Size: (if snowshoeing)
Experience Level: (e.g., Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
Number of Guests: (how many will be joining the adventure?)
Meet Up Location is in the IGA Parking Lot in Delta Junction, Alaska.
